PRISON BREAK SEASON 3 SPOILER SERIAL
I mean, a poignant moving ending, sure, but so unnecessary. The third season of Prison Break, an American serial drama television series, commenced airing in the United States on September 17, 2007, on Mondays at 8:00 pm ( EST) on Fox. īut killing Michael? No, no, no, no, NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! After all he and Sara have been through? Why, why, why? The guy deserved long life and happiness! I really wanted a happy ending for him. And don't they put a hood over the condemned man's head before electrocuting them? Oh well, hardly the least realistic thing in PB ever. I doubt very much that someone as wealthy, old and influential as The General would have gotten the electric chair - life in prison maybe, but surely he would have had the funds and contacts to avoid a death sentence. I thought Mahone would be killed but I'm glad he wasn't. I wasn't entirely surprised he wasn't killed off - I originally thought he would be, but I think the writers secretly like him too much to off him. I liked how T-Bag was more like the menacing T-Bag from series 1 than the slightly toned down version he's been in this season. It certainly looked like Kellerman was about to be murderlised when we last saw him in a prison van but then again, we never got to, oh, I don't know, see his head in a box(!!!!!!), so no reason why the supposed assassination can't have been a rescue after all. And Michael's cynicism at the end was fully justified - how could the UN manage to secure pardons for him and the rest? That made no sense to me and wasn't in the least explained. I enjoyed both but the whole Sucre/C-Note/Kellerman/UN plot was the biggest Deus Ex Machina ever. Dumb, dumb, DUMB.įun seeing Kellerman back again, even if it was in a wussy role. Whoever wrote that ending has just about as deep an understanding of the actual exercise of power in the world as you'd expect from some naive Hollywood screenwriter. Exactly why would the US government cut a deal that puts Scylla in the hands of anyone but the US government? And why wouldn't the UN bureaucrat not scamper right off to whatever country he's from and turn Scylla over to his government, so they can use its Magical Weapons Tech to whallop all their neighbors? Or, fuck his government, sell Scylla to the Company and retire to his own private tropical island. The way Our Heroes were exonerated was astoundingly dumb. They've already milked this cow dry, I guess they're going for powdered milk now. One of these days, I'm hoping for a real ending, the ending where they at least kill T-Bag. Should have been one hour.Ĭan't believe they copped out on killing anyone important (not even T-Bag?!? I was counting on him at least dying!) - obviously for the sake of the DVDs which of course are going to reunite the old gang. Very slow-moving and talky, really killed the pacing. Eh, Average episode, Bad season, best season by far was S1.
